On the case of Antoinette Lattouf

ABC radio, January 16, 2024

It was meant to be a brief on-air job, presenting ABC Radio Sydney during the Christmas break. But three days into her one-week stint, Lebanese-Australian journalist and social commentator Antoinette Lattouf was told not to come back.

Her lawyer Josh Bornstein has told Nine Newspapers Ms Lattouf was informed at her dismissal that sharing a Human Rights Watch post on the Gaza conflict was a breach of the ABC’s social media policy. The case is now before the Fair Work Commission.
